How to do business with BOBO BIRD and what is your best price?

Please feel free to send an inquiry. For pricing, please include specific watch models and order quantities in your inquiry so we can quote you accordingly.

Why do you charge for samples?

Every watch has material and labor costs. If you are satisfied with the sample and place a bulk order in the future, we will refund the sample fee.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our primary option is DHL (3-5 working days). We also offer free shipping via 4PX Singapore Post (15-30 days) or E-Packet (15-35 days, specific countries only).

What is your lead time?

For stock goods, we ship within 2 working days after payment. Customized goods are typically finished within 3-14 days.

What is your MOQ?

For wholesale orders, the MOQ is 50pcs. If you order fewer than 50pcs, retail pricing applies.
